Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancelled reservations, however you can book for the same period of time in the future for no additional cost. For example, if you booked for a three night stay and need to cancel, please contact us and we will make arrangements to transfer your three night stay to a future three night stay. We also allow you to transfer your credit to another person.
Maximum number of guests
We have a strict policy of no more than 4 guests per night at the chalet. If you would like to make arrangements for additional child guest(s) we are open to such requests via phone at (866) 731-8418. Thank you for understanding and for honoring this important condition.
